What is St Salvator's Hall like?

St Salvator’s Hall is known by its residents as ‘Sallies’.

The hall has an impressive oak-panelled dining room, featuring stained glass windows commemorating founders and benefactors of the University.

Sallies values its tight-knit community and long-standing traditions. One of these traditions is the High Table, where a small group of students are selected to attend a formal dinner with a prominent member of the community or academic staff. Everyone gets a chance to sit at High Table during the year, and this is a great way to meet other students and see your professors in a social setting.

The hall committee organises weekly events like quiz nights, wine tasting, and the annual Sallies Hall Ball.
